While searching for horse themed decor to decorate our Bed and Breakfast, we gained some insight into the challenges of finding quality products that were affordable. We searched far and wide, for several months. Once guests at the B & B started complementing our decorations, we decided to start Ranch Gifts. SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Orders are typically filled within 48 hours of receipt. You will be notified if an item is on order or if it will be drop-shipped by the manufacturer.
Drop-shipped items typically have a drop-ship charge in addition to shipping fees, as determined by the manufacturer. This is frequently due to the size and/or weight of the package.
All jewelry is shipped either insured or with package tracking.
Due to changes in shipping costs, we no longer estimate this information at the time of your order. If you select the "IN-STORE PICKUP" option, there is no shipping charge. The "BEST RATE" option indicates that we will locate the best rate (UPS Ground, FEDEX Ground, or DHL) to ship your order. The "EXPEDITED" rate will be 2-day service. If you would like overnight shipping, please let us know. You will receive an email confirmation regarding the rate of shipping in these circumstances. This way you will be charged only the ACTUAL shipping rate.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Refunds are not issued. A customer wishing to return an item may do so for a credit of the item price paid, as long as the item has not been used or damaged. In the event of damage occurring during shipping, please contact Customer Service within 48 hrs of receipt for instructions regarding return of merchandise. Cancellation of an order is allowed prior to the order being shipped.
